Unrivalled access

One of the reasons why England is consistently the first choice for hosting events is its unrivalled access. With 23 airports across the country, and several private airports, getting to any part of the country from all over the world is both easy and affordable.

Eurostar rail connections from Paris, Lille and Brussels are faster than ever and England is also accessible via a large number of ferry connections from destinations around Europe.

Host your event in one of England's most prestigious universities

England has some of the most prestigious and successful universities anywhere in the world and many of them are available for meetings and events. Universities offer event planners a great combination of superb facilities and value for money, all surrounded by academic excellence. What’s more, England’s leading universities are situated in some of Europe’s most beautiful heritage cities.

Most notable amongst England’s many universities are world leaders Cambridge and Oxford . Both cities lie a short distance from London.

Durham in England’s North East is another centre of excellence which can easily be combined with visits to the wonderful port city of NewcastleGateshead.

The English food revolution continues in full swing

Food and drink are undoubtedly an essential part to most events whether it’s a conference, gala dinner or incentive trip.

Hosting your event in England you will find that there is increasing emphasis on local produce and we have some of the most delicious food and drink to be found anywhere in the world.

If you want to add "food and drink" activities into your event itinerary why not visit one of England’s increasing number of Michelin star restaurants? Try a brewery tour where you can sample the best in English ale, incorporate a cookery class or sample a traditional English afternoon tea.
